Terms & DOA Policy

SHIPPING

• FREE shipping for orders over $400
• $50 flat rate for orders under $400

Shipments will ONLY be sent on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. We cannot guarantee a timely delivery on any other days due to unforeseen delays. Please have someone available at the shipping address to receive your delivery. Failure to receive your shipment on time will void the DOA policy. Shipping costs are non-refundable and we cannot be held responsible if we are given an incorrect address.

Dead-on-Arrival (DOA) Policy

Should your shipment arrive dead, please email (sales@seaworthyaquatics.com) your order information and a clear, unaltered photo of the item in its original packaging within 2 hours of delivery. Once a DOA has been confirmed, a replacement will be offered if available or credit for another item will be provided.
