Terms and DOA Policy

Free shipping over $400

$50 Flat rate under $400

Pickup available for those in the Houston area! Send an email to swcritt@seaworthyaquatics.com or message us on Facebook to set up a pickup.

Shipments will ONLY be sent on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. We cannot guarantee on time delivery on any other days due to unforeseen delays that may result in a late delivery. Please have someone available at the shipping address to receive your delivery. Failure to receive your shipment on time will void the DOA policy.

 

• Dead on Arrival Policy

Should your shipment arrive dead, please send a clear, unaltered photo of the item in its original packaging within 2 hours of delivery. Once a DOA has been confirmed, a replacement will be offered if available or credit for another item will be provided.

Shipping costs are non-refundable and we cannot be held responsible if we are given an incorrect address.
